As Verdades da Vida

...disputas violentas sobre ninharias, da parte de homens
corrompidos na mente e espoliados da verdade, pensando
que a devoção piedosa é meio de ganho
1ª Timóteo 6:5


Incerto amanhã, falhando na fé,
ruas vertendo sem saber onde ir,
também nem d’onde veio e nem quem é!
De todas fugir... a todas sorrir!

Qual Jonas que pr’o certo não se adianta,
foge mas sabe que ali estarão,
como densas nuvens que o vento espanta
a fim de que chovam em outro chão!

Mas antes que você possa chegar
esperando lá estão, sem desistir,
como persistem as ondas do mar!

São as benditas verdades da vida
que ensinam a nós, os filhos rebeldes
da mentira que já sangra ferida!

How Jonas that for the right don't advance,
flees but know that over there will be,
as dense clouds that the wind amazes
